“Normal Not Normal” Podcast with James & Oliver Phelps

James and Oliver Phelps (aka Fred and George Weasley) invited Severn to speak with them about her experience stepping into the limelight at a young age, and they ask Severn what “normal” means to her.

Identical twins who grew up on the Harry Potter film set as Fred and George Weasley, James and Oliver have been wondering “what does “normal” mean anyway?” Their podcast “Normal Not Normal” explores this question with a variety of guests, and Severn’s episode airs on Friday, January 29, 2021.

Severn at TED Countdown 10.10.2020

Severn was honoured to be onstage with a long list of fantastic speakers at TED’s Countdown event on October 10th, 2020. During the Leadership Session, Severn spoke passionately to remind us that we have just 10 years to reduce our carbon emissions by half, that we must work together to reach our 1.5 degree targets, and that the youth are at the frontlines of this revolution.

She urges us again to “make your actions on climate reflect your words.”
